Catarina Yac is a small-scale organic farmer in Santa Clara Laguna in southwestern Guatemala. Arabica coffee production is Catarina's primary source of income. She also produce a variety of crops for personal consumption and bartering between neighbors. Ms. Yac is a member-owner of the Manos Campesinas cooperative, which makes this select coffee harvest available exclusively via CoffeeCSA.org.
